How to Replace a Logo in PDF with Your Own Image or Text

Need to rebrand a document? Instead of just removing an old logo, you can instantly swap it with your own company logo or custom text using our PDF Logo Remover tool.

Replacing with an Image

  1. Select the Old Logo: Draw a box around the current logo you want to replace.
  2. Select "Image" Replacement: In the "After Removal" section, choose the "Image" option.
  3. Upload Your Asset: Select your new logo file (PNG or JPG).
  4. Process: Our tool will first clean the background behind the old logo, then scale and center your new image perfectly inside the box you drew.

Replacing with Text

If you just need to update a date, a company name, or a label:

  1. Select the area containing the old text.
  2. Choose "Text" in the replacement options.
  3. Type your new text. It will be centered in the selected area.

Tips for Best Results

For the seamless integration, try to make your selection box roughly the same aspect ratio as your new image. This ensures your new logo fills the space nicely without being too small.
